Will Alderson
President/Owner
Will is a Zionsville High School graduate and a degreed mechanical engineer from the University of Iowa. He has a passion for the outdoors and has spent the majority of his career in industrial manufacturing which gives Spade’s strength in complex processes and project management.
Josh Stiles
Vice President, Operations
Josh is a Zionsville High School graduate and has spent his entire career in the dirt work field. Starting in landscaping and moving to underground utilities and site preparation, Josh brings a strong library of expertise to the Spades crew.
